The official opening will be on the 9 Feb 2009 at 0945 am in conjuction with the Chap Goh Mei celebration. The Chief of Navy officially has consented to open but due to unforeseen circumstances he has requested the Fleet Commander to officiate on his behalf.
Blood donations, acupunture, Chinese Physician treatment and reflexolgy will be part of the activities organised during the opening ceremony. Please come early to register for any of these activities planned. Everyone is invited. For children train ride is organised, Ang Pow and ice cream will be given out to them. There will be also food serve during the opening day.
